History

Roc is an embodiment of ice. Born from a glacier, he has lived in solitude since his creation and is not knowledgeable about others or the workings of people. For almost his entire life he's lived alone on a frozen mountaintop until he was called down to the Earth where he eventually meets the other Outcasts.

Personality

He doesn't have many emotions to speak of and whatever he does he's cautious to the point of inaction. He's overly curious about everything, though, and sometimes a soft expression of wonder can be seen on his face. He often wants to know why things work, but can easily sound rude and uncaring without intending to. He's a lover of music, and beauty, though he never knows how to express it.
